By accessing gila4.vip, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or using any service provided by gila4, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all activities conducted through your Account, including deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, use of promotional offers, and any communication with gila4 customer support.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and by accepting these terms you do so on their behalf.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on gila4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a legal entity, trust, or third party without explicit authorization.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your country or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any Restricted Territory. gila4 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
• You do not hold any position as an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of a current gila4 employee or business partner where such position creates a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been excluded from gila4 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are depositing and wagering funds that are legally yours, free of any third-party claim, and not derived from unlawful activity.

gila4 targets players based primarily in Indonesia. While the Platform is available in English for the convenience of international-preference users, users remain solely responsible for verifying the legal status of online gaming in their individual jurisdiction before participating.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on gila4 at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid, active email address that you own and have exclusive access to.
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A secure password of your own choosing, which must not be shared with any third party.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. gila4 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your login information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact gila4 support immediately via the contact details provided in Clause 17.

gila4 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason for doing so.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

gila4 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at any of the following stages:

• Prior to processing your first withdrawal request.
• When cumulative deposits exceed specific internal thresholds.
• Where gila4's fraud prevention or compliance monitoring systems flag account activity for review.
• At any time at gila4's discretion as part of ongoing due diligence obligations.

Accepted KYC documents include: a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification; a bank statement, utility bill, or other official correspondence dated within the past three months confirming your registered address; and, where applicable, documentation confirming the source of funds deposited.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by gila4 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, where legally required, the restriction or closure of your account. gila4 handles all personal documentation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on gila4 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits: Deposits made via supported e-wallets and bank transfer are typically credited to your gila4 account balance in real time or within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment network. gila4 does not charge any deposit processing fees to players. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the gila4 finance team on a 24/7 basis, including Indonesian public holidays. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable KYC review. gila4 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 24 hours for fully verified accounts in good standing, with the majority of requests processed significantly faster. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

gila4 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where the amount exceeds internal thresholds or where account activity warrants review. Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if the associated account is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

gila4 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully registered, and verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one (1) claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any resulting winnings may be transferred to the withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements vary per promotion and are stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, roulette, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• gila4 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting bonus funds already credited in good faith.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of system errors — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus balances and may result in account closure.
• Bonus funds expire as specified in each offer's individual terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited without compensation.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on gila4 — including slots, live casino tables, roulette, fish shooting, and all sportsbook markets — operate under the individual game rules published by the respective game studios and, where applicable, by gila4's own sportsbook rules. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before wagering.

All game outcomes on gila4 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game processes observable in real time via live video stream. gila4 makes no adjustment to game outcomes and does not manipulate RNG results.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, gila4 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a wager cannot be confirmed due to a technical failure, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account. gila4 is not liable for any losses alleged to result from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

For sportsbook products, gila4 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, where the event is cancelled or abandoned without the required minimum play completing, or where it is determined that a player held advance knowledge of the event outcome at the time of placing the wager. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sportsbook markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gila4 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with gila4.
• Opening or operating more than one account on gila4, whether directly or through proxies, associates, or family members acting on your behalf.
• Using automated bots, scripting software, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live poker or multiplayer gaming contexts.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity that contravenes applicable financial crime regulations.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits that have been wagered on the Platform. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through all available legal channels.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening gila4 customer support agents or other players through any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

gila4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended as a form of adult entertainment and must not be used as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on gila4.vip — including but not limited to the gila4 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No portion of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or exploited in any form without the prior written consent of the Operator.

By using gila4, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not convey any right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

12. Privacy & Data

gila4 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By creating an account and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All personal and financial data transmitted between your device and gila4's servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL / TLS 1.3 technology. gila4 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (payment processors, game studios, KYC verification providers) solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and provide the services you have requested.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gila4 and its Operator, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, Platform downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond gila4's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of any content or information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude gila4's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

In all cases, gila4's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their gila4 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

gila4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Conduct that gila4 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other players.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

You may close your account at any time by contacting gila4 customer support. Upon voluntary closure of an account in good standing, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC review. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon account closure.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is registered and licensed to operate. The Operator operates gila4 as an internationally regulated online gaming platform.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using gila4 is lawful in their country or territory of residence. gila4 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location.

Any dispute between a Player and gila4 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, conducted in the English language. Players retain whatever statutory rights are available to them under the laws of their jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contractual agreement.

16. Amendments to These Terms

gila4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they meaningfully affect players' rights or obligations — gila4 will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address associated with your account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of gila4 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 14.

The version of these Terms & Conditions displayed on gila4.vip at any given time is the current operative version and supersedes all previous versions. We recommend that you review these terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
